    • Target- "Using your diverse communication styles to give and receive feedback"

By: Renee Gardner, Sr Field Campus Recruiter

           - Wouldn’t it be great if we could all say the right things at all the right times creating all the business and development results we want?

Unfortunately we are all too limited to do that all the time. I am limited to my observations, just as you are limited to yours. We haven’t any hope of achieving these amazing results alone. But together—we can be unstoppable.  In this training, participants are going to learn to appreciate each other on a new level—and learn how the person sitting next to you can offer you a surprising and effective practice, as you learn Why we give feedback and HOW to effectively deliver feedback to people, whether on a school team, work group, or while volunteering.  These tactics will be useful to anyone as they seek to become stronger, more empowered leaders.
