Executive Vice President, Director of Stores, Loss Prevention, Merchandise & Visual Presentation, Store Operations & Experience, since 2007. Jon Grosso '89 currently leads 130,000 associates including over 100 management leaders.  Under his leadership, Kohl’s has grown from 300 stores to 1150 stores, as of Spring, 2016.  Jon’s commitment to driving sales with a focus on associate engagement and customer service has resulted in positioning Kohl’s as best in class. 

Jon has been with Kohl’s since 2001.  Prior to that, he held multiple positions at Macy’s during his 14 year tenure including Regional Vice President of Operations. 

In addition, Jon is an active member of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, (NCMEC).           

Jon is a 1989 graduate of Penn State with a B.S. in Business Management.  Jon is married with 2 children and resides in Mequon, WI.
