Pierre E. Cohade has lived and worked globally in four continents, including the past 20 years in China. He has built and led multi-billion dollars consumer businesses mainly focused on branded retail, and transformed industrial oriented businesses into consumer branded retail driven business.

Pierre has developed deep Board experience within Fortune 200 companies, particularly in Audit committees. He currently serves as Non Executive Director on the boards of Johnson Control International (NYSE: JCI, member of the Audit Committee), Deutsche Bank China (Chair of the Audit Committee), and CEAT (NSE: CEATLTD). He is also Chairman of IMA’s CEO Forum for China, Asia's largest peer to peer Chatham House style organization, and he is the Founder and Principal of Artemis Ventures, an advisory and investment firm based in Hong-Kong.

Most recently, Pierre was the CEO of Triangle Tyre, China largest privately own tire business. As one of the very few Western CEOs of a Chinese owned business, Pierre was operating at the heart of China Inc. Prior to this, Pierre was the President of Goodyear Asia Pacific. He led the turnaround, consumer branded retail repositioning and fast expansion of this critical part of the company, achieving record financial and business performances.

Cohade started to work for Eastman Kodak in the USA as a financial analyst in 1985 and subsequently held business management and executive positions in Brazil, Mexico, the United States, Singapore and Switzerland. Cohade was named Chairman of Kodak's Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia Region in 2001. In 2003, Groupe Danone chose Cohade to run its global Water and Beverage division.

Cohade has been actively engaged in community life. Pierre joined IBLAC, Shanghai Mayor's advisory council, as an Observer in 2007 and was awarded the "Magnolia Award" by the Shanghai Municipal Government, the  highest honor for foreigners living in Shanghai. He also has held numerous governance positions within the community, particularly at the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham Shanghai).

A native of Barcelonnette, France, Cohade received a degree in business management from the SKEMA business school in Sophia-Antipolis, France, in 1984 and an MBA from Penn State University in 1985. He currently resides in Shanghai.
