Noelle Long
Noelle Long joined SEDA-Council of Governments (SEDA-COG) Export Development Program in 2003. She has been the director of the program since 2008 serving as Pennsylvania’s Regional Export Network (REN) partner. As a result of her technical assistance and REN program offerings, regional client companies have reported well over $1 billion in export sales. Noelle is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) in good standing since 2013. She is a graduate of Elmira College with a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science with a minor in French. She has completed a foreign policy semester at American University, study abroad experiences in Mexico and France, and as a Rotary sponsored foreign exchange student in Belgium. She is a committed community volunteer having served as a Borough Council Member and currently holds leadership roles in 17857.org, a community revitalization group, her church, and youth sports organizations. Noelle resides in Northumberland, PA with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
