Joey Ly

Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Joey Ly is the Global Director of Procurement for Skin Care at Coty Inc. She is responsible for all facets of sourcing strategy and execution for Skin Care, Home Scenting, Product Sampling, and Hair Care categories. Her focus is on building the most optimal global supply network for a key strategic area to drive competitive advantage for the business and helping the company succeed in its transformation. Prior to joining Coty in 2016, Joey had worked for L’Oreal Group and Mars Chocolate building end-to-end global supply chain and procurement experience, delivering significant savings, improving contingency planning, helping to reduce carbon footprint and creating highly acclaimed sourcing strategies.

Joey earned her MBA at Penn State's Smeal College of Business with concentrations in Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategic Leadership. She is also a graduate of Boston University with Concentrations in Finance, Hospitality Management, and Art History. She has a passion for food, sports (especially Chicago teams!), beauty products and travel, and spends her spare time with her husband, twin toddlers (Lucy & Carmine) and rescue dog Titus.
