Designed for non-Smeal majors, the Smeal College Business Fundamentals Certificate from Penn State's internationally ranked College of Business offers the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to enhance your degree and prepare you for the future.
BUILD A BUSINESS FOUNDATION
The Penn State Smeal College Business Fundamentals Certificate is comprised of three prerequisite courses, four core courses, and one business elective.
Curriculum DetailsPREREQUISITE COURSES
Begin taking any business core or elective course once the prerequisite(s) for that specific course have been completed. It is not necessary to complete all three prerequisite courses before starting the prescribed courses.
PRESCRIBED COURSES
Complete four core courses, and then pick from one of two electives.
