Employer Information
The Spring 2023 SCIS Career Fair will be held over the course of two days from 11 am to 4 pm CSCR Corporate Sponsors and Smeal Business Career Center Partners are able to participate in their choice of date(s) depending on availability. Employers will have the opportunity to target their recruiting efforts by meeting with qualified students, interviewing candidates, and selecting top students from Penn State supply chain, management information systems, industrial engineering, and information systems and technology programs.

Booth Shipping
- You may ship your booth and/or materials prior to the fair. Please label freight 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. to aid in confirming complete shipment arrival. Shipments should be sent to:

Return Booth Shipping
- Following each day of the fair, FedEx and UPS pick ups have been scheduled for return shipments. Please be sure to bring your shipping labels with you as you will be responsible for packing/labeling your wares and delivering them to the staging area.

- GPS location is Business Building, State College, Pennsylvania.
- Parking is available in East Parking Deck. Tickets will not be validated.
- Check - in at the Business Building Atrium begins at 9 am.
- Freight will be delivered to your table.
- Registration includes up to four representatives.
- Lunch will be provided for recruiters.

Virtual Booth Owner Instructions and Training
Virtual Booth Representative Training
- Your representatives will need to watch the Representative Training Video by clicking on this link. (Representatives you assign will also receive an automatic email with more instructions)
- Search and Invite – enables employers to review students in advance and issue invitations to visit their booth any time during the fair
- Scheduled Chats – allows employers to pre-schedule a 20-minute conversation with identified students during the event
- Rep Handoff – permits employers to pass students to selected representatives during a specific chat within the booth.
