Information for employers seeking to participate in the SCIS Career Fair

Spring 2026 Supply Chain and Information Systems Career Fair

January 27, 2026
11 am to 4 pm

CSCR Supporters may attend any two days of the in-person career fair. Smeal Business Career Center Partners may attend one day of the in-person career fair. Others may attend the in-person career fair with a registration fee, which includes lunch for 4 representatives and one interview room (if available) from 8-5 pm the day after. Employers will have the opportunity to target their recruiting efforts by meeting with qualified students, interviewing candidates, and selecting top students from Penn State supply chain, management information systems, industrial engineering, and information systems and technology programs.

CSCR Supporter Networking Reception

September 14, 2026
6 pm to 8 pm

A networking reception will be available to CSCR's support companies and students. During this time, students will have an opportunity to network with employers before heading into career fair week. Companies will talk about their organizations, their recruitment process, and opportunities that are available. Students will have an opportunity to obtain answers to their questions.

Fall 2026 Supply Chain and Information Systems Career Fair

September 15-17, 2026
11 am to 4 pm

The Fall SCIS Career Fair will be held on September 15th, 16th, and 17th, from 11 am to 4 pm. CSCR Supporters may attend any two days of the in-person career fair. Smeal Business Career Center Partners may attend one day of the in-person career fair. Others may attend the in-person career fair with a registration fee of $1,395 which includes lunch for 4 representatives and one interview room (if available) from 8-5 pm the day after. Employers will have the opportunity to target their recruiting efforts by meeting with qualified students, interviewing candidates, and selecting top students from Penn State supply chain, management information systems, industrial engineering, and information systems and technology programs.

Once available, you can use the PENN STATE GO APP to view each day.

Booth Shipping

  • You may ship your booth and/or materials prior to the fair. Please label freight 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. to aid in confirming complete shipment arrival. Shipments should be sent to:

Return Booth Shipping

  • Following the day of the career fair, FedEx and UPS pick-ups have been scheduled for return shipments. Please be sure to bring your shipping labels with you as you will be responsible for packing/labeling your wares and delivering them to the staging area.

  • GPS location is 475 Shortlidge Road, University Park, Pennsylvania. This is an updated address due to 911. Check-in at the Business Building Atrium begins at 9 am.
  • Freight will be delivered to your table.
  • Registration includes up to 4 representatives.
  • Lunch will be provided for recruiters.
