The Fall 2022 SCIS Career Fair will be held over the course of three days from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. CSCR Corporate Sponsors and Smeal Business Career Center Partners are able to participate in their choice of date(s) depending on availability. All non-sponsors will be eligible to register for August 31st or September 1st depending on availability. Details will be updated as they become available.
Employers will have the opportunity to target their recruiting efforts by meeting virtually with qualified students, interviewing candidates, and selecting top students from Penn State supply chain, management information systems, industrial engineering, and information systems and technology programs.

Booth Shipping
- You may ship your booth and/or materials prior to the fair. Please label freight 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. to aid in confirming complete shipment arrival. We are able to accept freight after August 22nd. Shipments should be sent to:

Virtual Booth Owner Instructions and Training
Virtual Booth Representative Training
- Your representatives will need to watch the Representative Training Video by clicking on this link. (Representatives you assign will also receive an automatic email with more instructions)
- Search and Invite – enables employers to review students in advance and issue invitations to visit their booth any time during the fair
- Scheduled Chats – allows employers to pre-schedule a 20-minute conversation with identified students during the event
- Rep Handoff – permits employers to pass students to selected representatives during a specific chat within the booth.
