With nearly 20 years of supply chain leadership, Jessica Gerhard currently oversees Hershey’s international supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, business development, and in-region manufacturing.

Recently, Jess led the Integrated Dynamic Planning process, connecting Hershey’s commercial, supply chain, and financial teams to develop and execute strategic and operational plans for Hershey’s $10B+ confection business.  This was made possible by the successful launch of the advanced planning solution, Kinaxis Maestro.

Jess’s career spans multiple supply chain disciplines, including planning, strategy development, procurement, and customer supply chain.  She is passionate about connecting organizational supply chains to drive joint value.

Outside of Hershey, Jess serves as Vice Chair on the Corporate Advisory Board for the Penn State Center for Supply Chain Research, an organization dedicated to advancing the supply chain industry and fostering connections between professionals, students, and faculty.

Jessica holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in supply chain from The Pennsylvania State University.  She resides in south-central Pennsylvania with her husband and two young sons.
