Ashlie Wallace is a seasoned operations leader with over 20 years of demonstrated success in the information technology industry. Recently, she took on her current role as the vice president of Global Services Logistics and Operations at Cisco. Wallace is responsible for service parts planning, distribution, fulfillment, returns, repair, asset recovery, and field service management for Cisco's 1,400 plus global distribution depots.

Prior to joining Cisco, Wallace was vice president of Global Server Procurement at Dell Technologies. She led global teams in Asia and North America responsible for the optimization of $22B spend for the company’s server business. Wallace led sourcing and supply chain strategy for $1.5B structural inbound component spend and manufacturing value-add services. Her teams delivered best-in-class cost for structural components through sourcing practice, design to value, design to cost, clean sheet, and Lean process activities. Wallace also held leadership roles at Dell Technologies with increasing responsibilities in global inventory management, worldwide procurement, and operations finance. During her tenure at Dell, her teams have delivered over $1B in cash flow improvement.

Wallace holds MBAs from the University of California and the National University of Singapore, and Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from Texas State University.
