“Success for Women Pursuing a Career in Leadership”

Women hold nearly 52% of all professional level-jobs, yet they significantly lag behind the male population when it comes to their representation in leadership positions.  Currently, only 4.6% of Fortune 500 CEOs are female.  This interactive and engaging workshop explores the cultural and structural barriers that have prevented the gender gap from narrowing in the corporate world, and provides ways in which women can overcome these obstacles to rise to the top.  This workshop focuses on the importance of resilience and adaptability, as well effective communication and strong mentors and networks in achieving success - for both women and men alike.  Not only will the workshop highlight the relevance of this issue in the world today, but it will also offer a unique perspective on a more personal level through an exclusive panel discussion.  We hope to see you there!
