What steps can you take to manage your inner critic and shut it down when it is pushing you away from taking the next step.

  • Should I Stay or Should I Go  (Professionals): Taking the next step in one's career can be daunting - what attracts someone to stay? This can range from the people and culture to the various opportunities for growth. But then what are signs that it is time to move on to something new? 
  • Women Support Women (Mixed): How mentoring, sponsors, and coaches impact women in the workplace and can help lead you to success in your career.

  • Beware Of The Chair  (Mixed): How harmful is too much sitting? What are the health risks attached to high levels of sedentary behavior? What are the adverse effects of "the seated generation?
