  • Deloitte Business Chemistry (Students): Expressly designed for use in a business context, Deloitte's Business Chemistry draws on the latest analytics technologies to reveal four scientifically based patterns of behavior. The system is designed to provide insights about individuals and teams based on observable traits and behaviors. During this session, you will learn how to hunch your own type, how to hunch someone else's type, and strategies for adapting to other people's style.

  • Raise the Bar  (Professionals): We often rank ourselves as "Above Average" or "Below Average" and strive to be above this "bar. But, what if we focused on raising the collective average of our peers, or our organization? How can we empower one another to be better while striving, ourselves, to be better?

  • Guard Your Energy: (Mixed): Do you ever think of people or experiences as bringing you positive or negative energy? It is important to be cognizant of where you are investing your energy and what energy that is giving you in return. How can we manage our work and relationships to ensure that we are fueling rather than draining ourselves?

11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Do you understand the meaning of "T&C apply"? Your digital footprint is constantly expanding and can include data about the most private facets of your life. How can you protect your privacy.
  • Tap Into Your Grit (Professionals): We can all relate to experience that has not gone as planned, whether it be an obstacle getting in our way or our entire trajectory shifting. How can we tap into our grit to fuel us through these times?

  • Get Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable (Student): No one enjoys feeling uncomfortable but a small amount of discomfort can be beneficial in terms of personal development.  Learn from our panel how being uncomfortable can improve your performance, imagination and professional growth. How can you challenge yourself to get out of the comfort zone?
