C. John Langley, clinical professor of supply chain management and director of development for the Center for Supply Chain Research®, both within the Smeal College of Business at Penn State, joins Penske Logistics and NTT Data Services to conduct the 26th Annual Third Party Logistics (3PL) Study.

The 2022 3PL Study topics include:

  • Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) considerations as global policies and reporting requirements change
  • COVID-19
