The Fraser Centre is an innovative, mixed-use project and includes 65,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by Target, a 165-room Hyatt hotel, Federal Taphouse Bar and Restaurant, and 26 residential condos. The building stands 155-feet tall, making it the tallest building in State College.
