Case Competition Teams Wins Maryland RE Competition

A team of three undergraduate students from the Penn State Smeal College of Business combined to take first place in the 2018 Colvin Case Study Challenge, a national intercollegiate real estate competition hosted by the University of Maryland’s Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development.

A team of three undergraduate students from the Penn State Smeal College of Business combined to take first place in the 2018 Colvin Case Study Challenge, a national intercollegiate real estate competition hosted by the University of Maryland’s Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development.

Senior real estate students Brett Ambrogi (the captain, second from right) and Jake Scott (far right) were joined by sophomore Adam Raggi (far left). That trio claimed the first-place prize of $10,000 in the two-round competition. The University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) placed second, SUNY-Buffalo was third, and Cornell placed fourth. The second- through fourth-place teams each won $2,500.
