Chardae Edoror is a results-driven supply chain professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects that drive business growth. She earned a B.S. in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State and has since built expertise in inventory and production management, supply chain contingency planning, and facility and production line development. Her leadership in diversifying supply chains and scaling new technologies highlights her ability to drive innovation and efficiency across operations.
After establishing a strong technical foundation, Chardae honed her skills in managing critical business transformations. With a unique ability to navigate change and foster meaningful relationships, she proactively identifies emerging business challenges—both operational and cultural. She has been instrumental in building stronger organizations, founding two employee resource groups: Leading Efforts for Ancestral Diversity (L.E.A.D.) at Saint-Gobain and Black@Ops at Apple - while also significantly contributing to recruiting, onboarding, process optimization, and learning and development initiatives.
Chardae recently transitioned her career when she became a AI Business Solutions Product for Supply Chain at Apple, where she leveraged her supply chain expertise to scale AI-driven solutions more effectively. Her experience has since led her to a leadership role in operations at ReFiProcity, a startup where she is advancing supply chain strategies and solutions.
Beyond her professional achievements, Chardae is passionate about continuous growth and development. She is proud to be a mother and enjoys traveling to a new country each year, cooking, spending time with family, and staying active—recently completing a Tough Mudder and taking up tennis.
