Amy Doherty (’06 MBA) is CIO of AARP, a social welfare organization with a membership of nearly 38 million that helps people turn their goals and dreams into real possibilities, strengthens communities and fights for the issues that matter most to families. AARP was recognized in 2017 as the #4 Best Place to Work in IT by ComputerWorld Magazine. Prior to joining AARP, Amy worked as CIO in the financial services industry and served on the Board of Directors at Quest International Users Group. Amy holds a BS and MBA from Penn State University. Amy has studied Agile Leadership at Georgetown University and Business Process Engineering at Babson Graduate School through their executive education programs. She is a certified Scrum Master and speaks French and German.
