In this motivational talk, Roger Osorio '04, will discuss the importance of leadership engagement, as well as, share a few of the key ingredients necessary for being an effective leader in your life, career, and relationships.  His goal is to help you walk away with a few practical suggestions for making the small improvements in your leadership engagement style that eventually give way to the bigger changes you desire.

The event will be held at the exclusive Pyramid Club in downtown Philadelphia and includes heavy hors d’oeurves and a cash bar.

The fee for this event is $15.00 for members of the Penn State Alumni Association, Penn State Smeal Business Club of Philadelphia, and Penn State alumni members of the Pyramid Club.
