Duane "Andy" Gustafson ('96 Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor of Leadership Communication at The Pennsylvania State University. His research interests include Leadership Communication, Graphic Design for Business Data, and Interpersonal Influence. Andy Gustafson currently teaches the MBA and Executive MBA Leadership Communication as well as serves as Director for the Communications Program. Besides his responsibilities with the university, Dr. Gustafson was once an associate with the Communication Research Associates--a private communication consulting firm based in Valley Forge, PA. More recently, Professor Gustafson started his own Communication Consulting and Training firm: Three Points Communication Solutions. Between the two firms outside of his academic training, Professor Gustafson has provided communication consulting, training or executive coaching to clients including Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Goldman Sachs, McDonalds, Celebrity Cruises Inc., Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Alcoa Chemical, Lockheed-Martin, IBM, and PNC.
