Robert Moyer ('08 Finance) is a Project Director with Valufinder Group, Inc., a boutique investment banking firm located in New York that has been providing corporate transaction advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financings to both owners and buyers in the middle market since 1979. He is also the President of Moyer Consulting Group, which helps private equity and strategic acquirers execute their strategic growth initiatives. Robert is a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Previously, he was the Mergers & Acquisitions Manager at Bainbridge Capital, a boutique capital advisory group based in San Diego. While at Bainbridge, Robert managed deal origination initiatives for top-tier private equity groups, family offices, and corporate strategic acquirers. Robert also streamlined and automated core business processes, improved client retention and satisfaction rates, and enhanced employee professional development. Prior to Bainbridge, Robert was an Asset Manager at De Lage Landen Financial Services, a subsidiary of Rabobank NL. Robert earned a Master of Business Administration from Temple University.
