Associate Dean, Undergraduate Education

Dean Higgins oversees all undergraduate programs in the college, which spans majors and minors in six academic departments. Prior to assuming her current role, Higgins was a clinical associate professor. Before coming to Smeal, she worked as a supply chain senior specialist for Kimberly-Clark.
