Thea Jenkins

Thea Jenkins graduated from the College of Notre Dame with a degree in psychology. She is director of management development and minority recruiting at GEICO. Her responsibilities include managing GEICO’s management development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and corporate minority recruiting efforts. Thea has worked for GEICO for 21 years and she has been involved in GEICO’s management development and diversity efforts for 18 years.
