Chris Schultheis

Chris Schultheis started full-time with The Boeing Company in February 2012 as a member of the Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP). The BCFP is a fast-paced leadership development program that is comprised of six 4-month rotations over a two year period. Through exposure to various assignments spanning the business and finance organizations, the program focuses on further developing leadership, as well as analytical and technical skills. Chris has rotated through several functions in Boeing Philadelphia including V-22 Financial Controls, Global Services and Support International Contracts & Pricing, and H-47 Finance. At the site, Chris is also actively involved in REACH (Regional Events and Activities for College Hires) and several process improvement teams. He grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania and is a proud alum of Pennsylvania State University (Class of 2011!) where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
