What is Supply Chain Management?

Supply chain management orchestrates sourcing, production, distribution, and logistics of goods and services. This includes the flow of material, information, and financial assets. Supply chain management encompasses the planning activities related to developing suppliers, placing orders, producing goods and services, delivering orders, invoicing customers, and managing customer returns and other circular activities.
