The admission process for the Smeal Ph.D. program is outlined.

Admission to the Smeal doctoral program is highly selective. We seek the very best in terms of academic promise and assess candidates' academic preparation through GMAT or GRE scores, grades in previous academic work, letters of recommendation, and quality of the statement of purpose.


Deadlines for Fall 2019 Admissions

Management & Organization 
     Primary Screening Deadline is December 11, 2018
     Secondary Screening Deadline is January 5, 2019

Marketing- December 15, 2018

Accounting- January 15, 2019

Supply Chain - January 22, 2019

Real Estate- February 1, 2019

Finance- February 1, 2019


Offers of admission are typically given in March and April. Most departments will not accept late applications (or late documents) and the graduate degree application fee is non-refundable.
