Organizational Engagement Research Study

We invite you to complete a study on Organizational Engagement. The study asks for your inputs on some important issues facing employees’ engagement in organizations today. We greatly value your participation and as a small token of our gratitude, you will be compensated $10 for your participation in a brief 30 minute study.

The study is on-line, and separated in 3 parts:

  • A short ( < 1 minute) prescreen to determine your eligibility
  • A Part 1 survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete, and pays $3.
  • A Part 2 survey sent a few weeks after you complete Part 1. The Part 2 survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and pays $7.

Upon completion of Part 2, you will have the opportunity to nominate a colleague at work to take the study. Nominating a colleague will greatly help in our research efforts. If the colleague completes his/her portion of the study, you will be entered into a raffle to earn an additional $25.

Payment will be delivered electronically via an Amazon.com e-gift card, or via PayPal—whichever you prefer.

To be eligible we ask that you be: 18+ years of age; currently residing in the United States (excluding US territories); and currently employed full-time (35+ hours a week) for a company/organization. You are ineligible if you are self-employed, working full-time as a graduate student/post-doc, working part-time, a part-time student (graduate or undergraduate), and/or unemployed.
