The Mission and Vision of the Management & Organization Department

The Management and Organization Department is a collaborative network of scholars shaping management knowledge and practice for the global economy. We focus on high-quality teaching, and currently we have three award-winning teachers in our group. Furthermore, our Department is currently ranked #7 nationally in research eminence. We are very proud of that position and are striving hard to maintain it.

Our new facility will help us build a scholarly learning community that simply wasn't possible in our previous building. We are already bringing in more distinguished researchers, guest speakers, and other visitors. We have built a database of our graduates so that we will be able to track their career progress and contact them for return visits as appropriate.
