The trip included visits to Silverstein Properties, the developer of the World Trade Center, CBRE, Marcus & Millichap, as well as Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Capital Advisors.

Each host provided the students with an overview of their organization’s role in the NYC real estate market, followed by an open conversation of current projects. The topics ranged from development, to commercial brokerage, to real estate financing strategies.

The students also visited the Oculus transportation hub and enjoyed an Italian dinner at Eataly.
