In his role at Burlington Stores, a nationally recognized off-price retailer of high-quality, branded apparel at everyday low prices, Mike Metheny leads supply chain strategy and execution. Additionally, he is responsible for the company’s asset protection, procurement, profit improvement, and corporate support functions.  His 26 year career spans three different retailers and has provided Mike with broad retail and supply chain perspectives.

Metheny has served as Burlington's executive vice president, Supply Chain, Corporate Services, and Asset Protection since January 2015. Prior to his current position, he was executive vice president, Supply Chain, Procurement and Profit Improvement, from April 2012 to January 2015, and senior vice president, Supply Chain, November 2009 through April 2012.

Prior to joining Burlington, Metheny served as senior vice president, Supply Chain, at A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts, Inc., from 2007 through November 2009, and from 1990 to 2007, he worked in various management positions within the operations and distribution organizations of Macy's and The May Department Stores Company.

Metheny graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in business and completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
