Travis Byers is the Director of Supply Chain Planning and Analytics at Victoria’s Secret & Co., where he has held progressive leadership roles since joining the company in 2010. In his current role, he leads teams responsible for inventory optimization, flow analytics, and strategic inventory positioning to align supply with demand across the VS&Co network. His additional responsibilities include spearheading global supply chain initiatives focused on designing and launching operations in emerging international markets. Prior to this position, Travis worked in distribution center operations, specializing in flow optimization and inventory slotting. He also led the successful implementation of a $30 million Bombay Sorter MHE project, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability. Before joining VS&Co, Travis served as an Assistant Store Manager at Wal-Mart Stores, gaining valuable experience in retail operations and team leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Franklin University and a Master’s Degree in Business Logistics Engineering from The Ohio State University.
