T. Randall Iles (’73 Marketing)

Randy Iles (’73 Marketing) is an advising partner with Seven Point Equity Partners, a private equity firm seeking acquisition investment opportunities in the building materials sector. He retired in December 2017 as CEO of The RiteScreen Company, LLC, a Seven Point acquisition that during his tenure became the largest supplier of assembled screens to the window and patio door industry.
He led the largest vinyl window company in the United States, Silver Line Building Products, as President and CEO upon its acquisition by Andersen Corporation in 2006 until he joined Seven Point in 2012. Randy previously served as Vice President and GM, Kimball Office, a manufacturer of premium commercial office furniture. Prior to his role with Kimball, je spent ten years in the window industry at Pella Corporation, where he held a variety of leadership roles, including President and COO of Pella’s Entry Systems Division. While Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Pella became the only building materials company to earn an Emmy nomination for television advertising.
His career began in 1974 as a marketing representative for Armstrong World Industries. During the next seventeen years, he held senior leadership positions in sales, marketing and general management, including an overseas assignment in Australia.
Randy is a member of the Smeal Hammond Society and serves as an advisor to the student led Nittany Lion Consulting Group. He was named to the Nittany Lion Fan Council and selected as its inaugural chair. He and his wife Mary Ellen, also a Penn State alum, reside in State College, PA.
