Nancy Youssef is a global business and social-impact leader advancing sustainability through partnership-driven growth and market-based solutions to social challenges. She currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer & EVP, International at Soles4Souls, a global social enterprise dedicated to extending the life of footwear and apparel, diverting millions of pounds of usable product from landfills, and creating economic opportunity worldwide.
With a career rooted in international business development and partnership strategy, Nancy has played a central role in scaling Soles4Souls’ global impact. She has helped generate more than $600 million in economic impact by building cross-sector partnerships, advancing reuse and redistribution initiatives, and leading multi-country program expansion across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Her work aligns growth with ESG priorities, including waste reduction, landfill diversion, product-life extension, inclusive job creation, and measurable social outcomes.
Nancy works closely with corporate partners, foundations, and investors to align capital with impact, ensuring programs are both financially sustainable and socially meaningful. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and scalable impact models that deliver long-term value.
In addition to her executive role at Soles4Souls, Nancy serves in an advisory and general management capacity with Viva Voce, an inclusive, sustainability-focused apparel platform. In this role, she supports strategic partnerships, community-led retail experiences, and ethical brand collaborations that emphasize inclusivity, circularity, and responsible consumption.
A multilingual global citizen fluent in five languages, Nancy lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her two sons and remains committed to advancing ESG-aligned growth across global markets.
