A distinguished executive and former government leader, Mark Schweiker is Senior Vice President and Corporate Development Officer at Renmatix. Headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Renmatix is the leading producer of cellulosic sugars for the global renewable chemical and fuels markets. Mark drives Renmatix’s key initiatives with public and private stakeholders across several business areas including: site selection for production facilities, financial partnerships, feedstock procurement, commercial programs and public affairs. He plays a critical cross-functional role in accelerating corporate development in the United States and abroad. His successful public service career includes serving as the 44th Governor and 28th Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania from January, 1995 through January, 2003. Subsequently, Mark served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and later as President of PRWT Business Process Solutions where he continues as a member of the corporate Board of Directors. Mark is a graduate of Bloomsburg University (BS) and received his MA in management from Rider University.
