Benchmarking Groups
A key research activity of CSCR is its leadership of benchmarking consortia across a number of supply chain areas. Members benefit from sharing quantitative and qualitative data to improve their processes and operations. Each group meets two to three times per year to share best practices at different host locations. Currently, there are three active consortiums that concentrate in the areas of Customer Service, Sales and Operations Planning, and Transportation processes related to the field of logistics and supply chain management.
