Gioia Pisano, Inclusiveness Recruiting Leader
Gioia Pisano is the EY Inclusiveness Recruiting Leader on the Americas Talent Team. She is involved in the development of inclusiveness recruiting strategies, including sourcing, programs, branding and messaging, that impact campus and experienced recruiting. She leads the team which consults with business units to co-develop strategies and action plans to achieve the firm’s goals. She is also responsible for developing new and innovative programs around diversity and inclusion.
During her 16 years with Ernst & Young, she has held various roles including joining the firm as a Manager with the firm’s financial advisory group, leading the campus recruiting efforts for the New Jersey Practice, leading national HR related assurance programs, and rotating through the Americas Recruiting Market Leadership and Branding Group. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, she spent 5 years at Summit Bank in Credit and Commercial Lending.
She is a graduate of Lafayette College, where she received her Bachelors’ degrees in both Economics and Sociology. She currently sits on the corporate advisory board of Howard University and Lafayette College. She enjoys traveling, reading and volleyball. She lives with her husband and daughter in New Jersey.
