Richard K. Struthers

Richard Struthers, ’77, North America Card Services executive for Bank of America Credit Card Services, manages U.S. credit card and consumer loan credit operations, including risk strategy, customer satisfaction, credit, and retention supporting the retail and business card businesses. Additionally, he serves as Market President for Delaware, guiding Bank of America’s business, civic, and philanthropic partnerships in the state. He was recognized as a Penn State Alumni Fellow in 1998.
