Karen Quintos
Karen Quintos, ’85, is the vice president and general manager of Americas Customer Centers at Dell, Inc., where she is responsible for managing Dell Americas operations at the Americas call centers, establishing the strategy for future sites, and supporting the launch of new facilities. She is also a member of the Dell Foundation Board and an executive board member of the Women’s Networking Group.
