Penn State Supply Chain students are among the best in the country. Through personalized career development, led by the Department's exclusive Recruiting Office, our students learn how to build and enhance their personal brand. Our students are well prepared for internships, co-ops, and full-time employment. The SC&IS Department's Career Office is committed to assisting our students and alumni in all aspects of achieving their career goals. Whether it's coordinating a company's recruiting visit to campus, planning group trips to distribution centers, or connecting students with our international alumni base, the SC&IS Recruiting Team is here to help you build the skills you need to be successful.
We are currently using a web-based recruiting system called https://supplychain-psu-csm.symplicity.com to set up a profile.. Employers use this application to list full-time SC&IS and MIS employment opportunities, collect resumes, and schedule interviews. This system also houses our Supply Chain Career Fair database. All SC&IS and MIS undergrads and alumni seeking full time employment are eligible for this system, free of charge. Please log onto
NOTE: Use of the Supply Chain CareerLink system is a privilege we offer our students and alumni. The Supply Chain Recruiting Office reserves the right to terminate your access if we believe that you have acted inappropriately during any aspect of your career search (this includes, but is not limited to, internship/co-op experience, interviews, career fairs, employer interactions, and full time employment).
Benefits of Using CareerLink:
*Students seeking internship and co-op opportunities should access SmealConnect.
Resume Reviews - before the career fair each semester, we host resume reviews for all Supply Chain and MIS students. Seniors in both majors are available to review your resumes and help you prepare for the upcoming fairs.
Mock Interviews - every semester the SC&IS Recruiting Office partners with company representatives to set up mock interview schedules. You will have the opportunity to practice your interview skills and receive feedback from industry professionals.
