Employers

The Supply Chain Recruiting Office is committed to providing our companies with high quality recruiting experiences.  Our services to corporate recruiters include:

Job Postings
The Supply Chain Department offers an exclusive system (CareerLink) to our Supply Chain and MIS students and alumni seeking full-time employment. Post your open positions through CareerLink to connect with our students today!

Supply Chain Career Fair
Every semester The Center for Supply Chain Research (CSCR) hosts this career fair targeting students and alumni interested in Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and Information Sciences and Technology.  For more information on participation, please visit our CSCR Recruiting page (http://www.smeal.psu.edu/cscr/recruiting).

  • Fall Career Fair - September 9 - 11, 2014

Classroom Speaking Opportunities
Choose the dates that you’d like to come to campus and we will reach out to the faculty to see who has speaking opportunities on that date.  You’ll present on the topic that the professor chooses, as it relates to his/her curriculum, but you can tailor it to the experiences in your company.  Space in classrooms books quickly - contact us early to reserve your spot!

Mock Interviews
Our Mock Interview program is held once a semester (the week prior to our career fair) to help our students prepare for upcoming career fairs and interviews.  It’s a great way to network and identify talent early in the recruiting season – and the students really appreciate it!

Connecting with Student Organizations
We have several student organizations that are always looking for companies to work with on specific events; CSCMP, APICS, BASH (Business & Society House), SAP SIG (SAP Student Interest Group) and MISA (Management Information Systems Association).

Case Studies
Our students are always interested in learning how to apply their classroom knowledge in real-world situations.  Case studies/competitions are a great way to engage students, have fun, and market your brand.

The Center for Supply Chain Research (CSCR) and Corporate Sponsorship
Sponsorship through the Center is another great way to get involved.  For more information on CSCR and all they have to offer, please visit http://www.smeal.psu.edu/cscr.  Contact Tracie Shannon at tla114@psu.edu.

Exploring Careers in Supply Chain (exclusive to CSCR Corporate Sponsors)
Being a panelist for our Exploring Careers event is a great opportunity to get in front of Freshmen and Sophomores to explain what a supply chain career path in your company looks like.

*For more information on these services, please contact Brianne Lippert at bek147@psu.edu unless otherwise specified.
