Graduate Information
The Smeal College offers graduate programs leading to the awarding of Master of Business Administration (MBA), Executive MBA, and Ph.D. degrees.
Ph.D. Program
The Penn State Smeal College of Business offers a doctoral degree in six primary fields: accounting, finance, management and organization, marketing, real estate, and supply chain and information systems.
Ph.D. Program in Supply Chain and Information Systems
Masters in Manufacturing Management
Penn State's Master of Manufacturing Management (MMM) degree program is an integrated two-semester academic program offered by the Quality and Manufacturing Management (QMM) program. The degree is conferred by both the College of Engineering and the Smeal College of Business.
Full-Time MBA Program
The full-time MBA is a full-time residence program requiring approximately two years of study.
Executive MBA Program
Students in the Executive MBA program receive a Smeal MBA over 22 months in the Philadelphia area. Courses are offered on alternating weekends (Friday/Saturday) in Philadelphia, and through a small number of weeks in residence on the University Park campus.
Operations Research Dual-Title Degree Graduate Program
Graduates students in Smeal College of Business can elect to participate in the Operations Research Dual-Title Degree Graduate Program. Operations Research is the use of scientific methodology in the formulation, analysis, and solution of problems of decision making.
World Campus Graduate Certificate Program in Supply Chain Management
This program integrates strategic procurement and supply management, demand fulfillment, supply chain planning, and network design processes, along with information systems as the critical enabler of supply chain efficiencies and responsiveness.
