Zhe Shan (Zenga)
Zhe Shan received his M.Phil. from City University of Hong Kong in 2003 and his B.Sc. from Nanjing University in 2000. Prior to joining the Smeal College of Business, he was associated with the University of Hong Kong and the City University of Hong Kong as Senior Research Assistant. His research interests are in Workflow Management Systems, Web Information Management, and e-Business.
