Carl King, BS QBA '93, Joins Dominion Digital as a Senior Consultant

Carl King, a 1993 Smeal BS Quantitative Business Analysis graduate was recently hired by Dominion Digital as a senior consultant. As a project manager, Mr. King will be responsible for spearheading business process improvement projects for Dominion Digital clients, providing high-quality solutions to complex technical and business challenges.

Prior to Dominion Digital, Mr. King served as a systems analyst for Circuit City Stores, Inc. where he led an inventory management project using Six Sigma methodology to analyze business processes. Mr. King managed software development processes, cross-functional team coordination, and project lead items. While employed with Raytheon Systems Company Inc., Mr. King was a software engineer where he developed tactical software enhancements for user interface and embedded real-time digital special signals processor components of a multi-million dollar Air Force reconnaissance system. Mr. King managed a complete software upgrade installation of the entire system during a field site visit to Osan, AFB in South Korea. Mr. King previously managed cost, schedule, and performance of analysts to include personnel development and management, budgeting and forecasts, timelines, and reporting for Compex Corporation.

In addition to a Quantitative Business Analysis BS degree, Mr. King has an Information Engineering Certificate and a Software Systems MS degree from George Mason University's School of Information Technology and Engineering.
