Meet the QMM Team

Dr. Frank S. Archibald has over 25 years of hydroacoustics experience in turbomachinery predominantly associated with underwater propulsors. He has held several technical line and staff management positions and has provided technical leadership and contributed several novel ideas in the execution of flow and structural acoustic projects. He has taught introductory courses in Fluid Dynamics, Thermodynamics and Thermal Sciences and for the past three years has taught a Masters level two-course sequence of Design Practice for Manufacturing. He has supervised and served on the committees of several M. Sc. and Ph.D. students. He is a member of Sigma Xi.
