Paul Strzelec is President and CEO of Digital Tempus – a consulting firm that helps global companies implement demand-driven business strategies, focus on growth, and improve working capital efficiency through process optimization, talent development, and effective analysis of demand data. With more than 15 years of marketing and supply chain experience spanning multiple industries, Paul brings a unique perspective to companies seeking to architect demand-driven business models. He remains focused on helping companies align supply chain processes with design, marketing, and other core processes that are increasingly being executed across complex trading relationships.
Paul has held various senior leadership positions with companies that pioneered advancements in technology and supply chain management, including VeriSign and Manugistics. He started his career in a planning role with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products.
Paul is a recognized thought leader who has helped some of the world’s most respected companies implement innovative business models on a global basis, including Canadian Tire Corporation, CVS/Pharmacy, DuPont, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Rolls-Royce, Unilever, Xilinx and many others.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University and is an active member of several industry associations and standards groups including GMA, NACDS, CHPA, EPCglobal, and VICS. Paul has published numerous articles outlining advancements in business models and technology and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
