"I particularly enjoy converting highly technical information into something businesspeople and other nontechnical people can better understand - explaining technology and IT. I also enjoy working directly with our clients in many interactions beyond our written work to enable the best value for the client - it's nice to put names to faces as well, to see what the advice really means in context, to see it making a difference."
