Mary Adamy, an Oliver Wight principal based in Clinton, NJ, is a consultant and educator providing companies guidance in Demand Management and Integrated Business Planning (S&OP) practices.  Mary has a concentration of experience with CPG companies, having spent 10 years at Kraft Foods and Nabisco.

While she specializes in Demand Management principles, Mary has held numerous positions across all Supply Chain disciplines including Transportation, Distribution, Demand Management, and Supply Management.  As an internal consultant at Kraft Foods, Mary played a lead role in Kraft's global S&OP implementation as well as the Forecasting Best Practices lead for Kraft North America.

Mary also has experience in diverse industries.  Prior to Kraft Foods, Mary worked in business-to-business industries in transportation and private rail fleet management.  Mary has also held roles responsible for process and technology linkage for Forecasting, DRP, and Transportation Planning systems.

As a consultant, Mary has given guidance and facilitated process redesign for a variety of companies from fast-moving consumer goods to high-volume commodity chemicals.  Her clients include:  The Hershey Company, Covidien Pharmaceuticals, General Mills, New Balance, DuPont, Rich Foods, and Molson-Coors.  Prior to joining Oliver Wight, Mary was an active member of the Penn State S&OP Benchmarking Consortium.

Mary received her MBA from Rutgers University and a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University, where she graduated with honors.
