Jason Frei

Merger and Acquisition Integration Manager

Jason is currently the Merger and Acquisition Integration Manager for a newly acquired Boeing subsidiary. Prior to his current position, Jason was a strategy analyst for the Naval Integrated Logistics Division of the Boeing Company, where he supported performance based logistics for platforms including the F/A-18, AV-8B, T-45, E6-B, CH-46, V-22, Scan Eagle, and P-8A aircraft, as well as Support Equipment, Depot partnering and Weapons Support. He has also managed the performance tracking and metrics for Boeing's $750 M defense transactional spares business. Jason Frei grew up in Hazen, North Dakota and was appointed to the United States Naval Academy in 1990. He graduated in 1994 with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps. Jason served for 10 years as a field artillery officer and commanded Battery A, 1st Battalion, 11th Marines during the initial phases of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He retired from the Corps in 2004 and attended the University of Notre Dame's MBA program where he was president of his MBA class.

Jason is married to the former Valerie Howard of Carlsbad, California and has 5 children, Robert (9), Molly (8), Thomas (5), Andrew (3) and Joseph (3 months).
