Demand-Driven Supply Chains: Using Lean Principles to Drive Innovation

The concept of Lean is nothing new; however, implementing Lean principles in an extended supply chain context can dramatically increase end-to-end system speed and efficiency. This four-day program teaches a systemic approach for applying Lean thinking to your supply chain challenges. Topics include principles and building blocks of a lean system, value stream mapping, and integrated SCM through collaboration and planned order systems. A rapid replenishment industry case study and simulation exercises are used as applied learning tools. This program awards 3 CEUs.*
