Craig M. McAllaster , E.D. is the Director of the M.B.A. Program in The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
Dr. McAllaster has conducted organizational climate studies, career/succession planning, management through executive training, strategic planning, problem-solving sessions and organizational interventions. He has worked domestically and internationally. During his work he has provided consultation to managers throughout a wide variety of corporations and governmental agencies. Just a few of the organizations he has worked with include: Mobil Oil Company; General Motors; IBM; Reader's Digest; New York State Department of Environmental Conservation; Xerox; AT&T; Texaco; Black & Decker; TRW; Pacific Gas & Electric; Brunswick Corporation; and Consolidated Edison.
Before joining the The Crummer School Dr. McAllaster was at the University of Central Florida and prior to that he was Director of Executive Education at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He was also Director of Organizational Development for Loral Electronic Systems, Director of Organizational Development for AVX Corporation, and Director of Lifelong Learning for Alfred State College.
Dr. McAllaster received his B.S. from the University of Arizona, M.S. from Alfred University, M.A. and doctorate from Columbia University. His doctoral research focused on organizational change strategies and the impact on business performance. Dr. McAllaster has authored numerous articles and made presentations domestically and internationally.
