Faculty

Andy is currently the CPFR Director for the Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Company.  His organization is responsible for managing the customer forecasting and replenishment relationships between key retailers and Johnson & Johnson. 

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Andy spent thirteen years with Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, holding positions in multiple supply chain functions, including customer support, inventory management and transportation.  Some of the highlights of his career include acting as the project manager for the successful implementation of a transportation planning software, developing and executing the overall system testing strategy for a major ERP implementation, and serving as an internal supply chain consultant for several international affiliates.  He is also active in education by participating as an adjunct faculty member for several Penn State Executive Education programs. 

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Science degree in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University.  He and his wife, Lisa, have three children (Lauren, Krista and A.J.).
