Mike Gray
Mike Gray has been with Dell for over 10 years and is considered an expert on Dell

Mike spent over 17 years with Dell, Inc. and is considered an expert on Dell’s unique approach to supply chain management. He was a lead architect for many of the business processes that allowed Dell to achieve its unprecedented levels of inventory while maintaining industry-leading customer service.
Mike made over 800 presentations to thousands of customer executives across the globe over his last 5 years at Dell and explained how Dell’s supply chain worked to help them change the way their companies approach this critical business process. Due to his extensive knowledge and passion about the virtues of well-managed supply chains, he earned the title “evangelist”. Before moving into this role, Mike served as Dell’s strategic commodity manager for processors and memory, production control manager, senior manager for regional procurement, and business lead for major I\T implementations.
Mike spent the first 11 years of his career with IBM Corp. in a variety of functions including procurement, production control and master scheduling. In his final assignment, Mike served as the production control manager of IBM's personal computer manufacturing facility in Boca Raton, Florida. He then spent two years with Square D Company at their electronics assembly plant in Clearwater, Florida, as a materials operations manager and plant manager prior to joining Dell.
Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude from New England College in New Hampshire with a BA in Accounting/Management. He is a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) with the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and is also certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) by APICS, the Association for Operations Management. He also qualified to become a member of the National Speaker's Association as a professional speaker in 2008.
